Please note that these delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Shipping Destinations

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. We cannot modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and other import-related fees levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or note the damage with the delivery carrier. For lost packages, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email using the contact form on our website.
