Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team through the website contact form
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Package items securely with original tags attached
  4. Include the completed returns form
  5. Ship to the address provided in your return confirmation

Return Processing:
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage with your inquiry.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through the website contact form with your order number.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Timeline

Refunds typically appear in your account within 10-14 business days after we process your return, depending on your financial institution. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
